Portland Ore – Two teens accused of killing a 65-year-old Portland man appeared in court Friday as the victim’s family told the judge what they want as the case moves forward.

Ricky Malone Sr. was shot to death October 15. Aaron Criswell, 16, and Richard Jerome Rand IV, 15, are being charged as adults under Ballot Measure 11.

Malone’s brother and sister told the judge their lives are forever changed by the loss and they want the teens to remains in jail as the case moves along.

Criswell and Rand entered not guilty pleas to murder and robbery and will be back in court November 22nd.
