Driver Crashes into Gresham Store

GRESHAM, Ore. — Employees at the Lane Bryant store at Gresham Station dove for cover on Saturday afternoon as a car crashed through their storefront.

The driver hit another car and knocked over a sign before crashing into the store, sending glass flying.

Investigators say the driver mistakenly hit the gas.  The vehicle landed up against a wall inside the store.

Nobody was injured, but there’s lots of damage left behind.
