After A Remodel Apple Store Downtown Portland Reopens

PORTLAND, Or— About a dozen customers waited outside the Apple store on S.W. Morrison at 4th street.

The store had been closed for several months for an update.  Blacked-out windows were what people saw when they walked down the street.

At 10:00 this morning the view was completely different.  Customers waiting in line were not disappointed.  TV screens as large as walls were in a couple of places, new fancy seating for classroom spaces, leather seats and plenty for extras at the Genius bar.
