“Wicked” Sing-Along Screenings Coming To Theaters

At first, theaters were asking you to resist the urge to belt out your favorite songs like you were Glinda or Elpheba! But now…it’s cool.
Over 1,000 theaters worldwide will host sing-along screenings of Wicked starting on Christmas Day, featuring lyrics projected on-screen for audience participation.
The movie has been breaking records since its November 22, becoming the highest-grossing Broadway musical adaptation in film history. Don’t worry if hearing strangers sing next to you isn’t your thing…standard screenings will still be happening.
