Shawn Mendes Seems To Reference His Rumored Love Triangle

The Internet has long speculated Sabrina Carpenter’s song “Taste” is about her dating Shawn Mendes when he hooked back up with ex-girlfriend, Camila Cabello, at Coachella last year. Looks like that may be accurate.

Mendes was talking about it on John Mayer’s SiriusXM show saying “I’m with someone, and I…two days before express I’m going to hang out with my ex because I have unresolved feelings. Maybe instead of two days, it could have been two weeks…”

He summed it up by saying “no one gets out of this life without getting hurt and no one gets out of this life without hurting someone.”
