A registered sex offender who tricked two underage girls into letting him take revealing pictures of them has been sentenced to three years of probation. The Multnomah County District Attorney’s office says 32 year-old Rawland Strong enticed the teens with frozen yogurt at the Northeast Portland store where he was working in 2017. If he violates his parole, he faces up to a year in jail. Strong was fired after the mothers of the girls reported the incident to the store manager.
