Second Grader Surprised By Deployed Dad On First Day Of School

Eli Cronester was undoubtedly excited for the first day of second grade in Ohio, but to make the day even more special…there was a visitor in class!

In walks a tiger mascot…who turned out to be his dad home from deployment for a year!  Sergeant Harry Cronester with the Ohio National Guard had been gone for a year, and said it was the most special moment he’s had!
