Growing up I always had a real Christmas tree.
It’s tradition in my family to always go shopping for a tree the weekend after Thanksgiving. We would play Christmas music, decorate the house and of course hang ornaments on the tree. My sister and I would always fight over who got to put the angel on top of the tree every year.
Since living back home though, my tradition has changed a bit. When I moved to Portland, I realized that maybe investing in a fake tree wouldn’t be a bad idea.
I would get my money’s worth and wouldn’t have to deal with strapping it to my little Mazda 3 every year for it to last barely 30 days.
So my question for you is, are you team real tree or fake tree this year?
