Mom Sues Portland Trailblazers Over Allegedly Drunk Fan

Portland, Or. – The Portland Trailblazers are being sued by a mom who says a drunk fan fell on her 12 year old daughter during a game last year and injured her. OregonLive says the girl is a competitive gymnast and the injuries have affected her ability to compete. The suit lists the mom’s name as Amy Weed and seeks more than 450-thousand dollars.

OregonLive says the Trailblazers declined to comment since it’s pending litigation.
