Mel Brooks & Son Max Demonstrate Social Distancing in Funny Video
Still not sure what social distancing should look like? Mel Brooks and his son Max are here to help. On Monday, the two shared a funny video in which Max explains the concept while his 93-year-old dad maintains his distance through a sliding glass door.

“I’m Max Brooks. I’m 47 years old. This is my dad. He’s 93. If I get the coronavirus, I’ll probably be okay,” Max explains. “But if I give it to him, he could give it to Carl Reiner, who could give it to Dick Van Dyke, and before I know it, I’ve wiped out a whole generation of comedic legends. When it comes to coronavirus, I have to think about who I can infect. And so should you.” The PSA ends with Max urging viewers, “Don’t be a spreader,” as Mel knocks on the glass door and tells him, “Go home.”
