Man Attempts to Clap Hands for 24 Straight Hours to Honor Healthcare Workers, Raise Money
On Thursday at 8 p.m. local time, Jack Peagram started clapping his hands in his London living room–and didn’t intend to stop for 24 hours. Peagram’s reasons for attempting this feat were twofold: to thank healthcare workers and to raise money for coronavirus relief charities on GoFundMe. By midday Friday, he reached his goal of raising $6,173 and kept right on clapping.
