Princess of Wales, Kate Middleton, posted a health update along with footage of her having fun with her husband and kids. She has completed 6 months of chemotherapy and is now “cancer free.” She said her illness had given her a “new perspective on everything” and a renewed focus on the “simple yet important things in life”.
