Gal Gadot Reveals Blood Clot In Her Brain While Pregnant

Gal Gadot decided to share a personal story to “empower” anyone who may be going through something similar.  She revealed doctors found a “massive blood clot” in her brain during her eighth month of pregnancy with daughter, Ori, after suffering massive headaches.

She ended up having emergency surgery and her daughter was born amid that health scare, leading to the choice of her name. Ori means “my light”, as Gadot said her daughter would be the “light waiting for me at the end of this tunnel.” She is fully healed and thankful for “the life I’ve been given back.”
