E.T. Actor Arrested for DUII in Tualatin
Hillsboro, Or. – The actor who played Elliot in the popular 1982 movie, E.T. has been arrested on a DUII charge. 48 year old Henry Thomas Jr. was arrested in Tualatin last night and is behind bars at the Washington County Jail. Sgt. Nate Cooper with Tualitan Police says they received a call about a suspicious car at a stop light at Lower Boones Ferry Road. Cooper says Thomas, who lives in Tualatin, “mentioned that he was an actor and that he played in E.T.” while being interviewed by police.
His IMDb page says he is an actor and producer and performs with the band, The Blueheelers. It also says he is ranked as #24 on VH1’s list of the “100 Greatest Kid Stars”.
He was born in San Antonio, Texas in 1971 and inducted into the Texas Film Hall of Fame in 2013.
