Duplex Destroyed In Two Alarm Fire

Portland, Ore. – A duplex was destroyed this morning in Southwest Portland. Fire Bureau spokesman Lt. Rich Chatman says it happened at SW 6th and Sherman, at 12-30am.


The two nearby homes were saved. The duplex, which had just been remodeled, was totaled. No one was injured. Investigators want to hear from anyone who saw the fire in its early stages or took pictures of it.
