Cannon Beach Want Horses To Wear Diapers

CANNON BEACH, Ore.– Cannon Beach City Council  will consider an ordinance tonight  that would change how horses can use the beach.  In a proposal horses would have to wear diapers to catch the poop.  The revision of the ordinance also would restrict where horses can be loaded and unloaded to two parking lots that do not accommodate horse trailers.  All horses have to be bucketed wearing a manure-catching device at all times.
