Dancing with the Stars pro Artem Chingvintsev won’t be participating in season 33 of the show after an arrest for domestic violence in Napa County.

He was on an anniversary trip with his wife, former WWE star Nikki Garcia, and they had both posted loving tributes to each other on socials days before the arrest. The couple met when they were partnered up on season 25 of DWTS when Nikki was still engaged to John Cena. They married in 2022 and have a son together. There has been no official comment from wither one.
