(LOS ANGELES) — Thanks to a talented artist’s cartoon rendering of them both in blue, Will Smith has shared a touching post in honor of the late Robin Williams.

Smith plays the Genie role in Disney’s upcoming live-action adaptation of Aladdin.  The magical character, of course, was played to perfection by Williams in the original 1992 animated classic.

“I know Genies don’t have Feet… But you left some Big Shoes to fill,” Smith captioned his post, which shows both actors converted into that unmistakable Disney hand-drawn animation style.

“R.I.P., Robin!” Smith continued, and then shouted out Luigi Lucarelli, who drew the cartoon of them together.

“And Thank You, @helloluigi Love the art work!” he added.

Williams took his own life in August 2014.

Directed by Guy Ritchie, and co-starring Mena Massoud as Aladdin, Naomi Scott as Jasmine, and Rogue One’s Alan Tudyk as the voice of Iago the parrot, opens May 24.

Disney is the parent company of ABC News.
