Lindsay Lohan ARRESTED for assault
Here’s what happened. She was partying it up at the Club Avenue in the Chelsea Avenue outside of Manhattan when she got into an argument with a female clubber. Lindsay (politely, I’m sure) told her to give her some space. They started exchanging words and then Lindsay punched her in the face.
Then she tried to take off. She was leaving in the passenger’s seat of someone’s car but the cops spotted her and made an arrest.
She was booked on a third-degree misdemeanor assault charge and spent a little over 3 hours in jail before being released (bailed?) with an appearance ticket, so she will have to plead her case to the judge in the near future.
Will this be the charge that will finally get our notorious ging hard time in the pen? Maybe this charge coupled with her pending ‘lying to the cops’ charge?
We will see if she’s able to escape with any trouble for her latest crimes. I’m sure her lawyer Shawn Holley is busy scheming up a plan right now.
