Gaga's Surprise Presidental Performance Makes Michelle Silly

So that big private party for 400 Super VIP's that the Obama's threw in the White House Inauguration night also featured a special performance from Lady Gaga.  It was so good Michelle got up and was dancing with her arms in the air, prompting The POTUS to say, "It's been a long weekend, she's getting a little silly".  #LOVEIT
